Friday’s should be laid back at work, but not this Friday. I am not superstitious, but I keep thinking it had something to do with Friday the 13th. We had to work late today so the hubby went to get sandwiches for dinner from a local sandwich shop. The sandwich I had is called the Fresh Veggie. This place has the best buns! They even have a 5K race every year called the Bun Run. Cute! The sandwich comes with cheese so I always leave that off. It has lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives and red onions. Not too much different from a typical veggie sandwich but the buns are so good that makes the sandwich.
The weather has been cold lately so we will work on the greenhouse later in the afternoon tomorrow. I think the plan is to go to the farmer’s market in the morning to see what we can find. Costco shopping is in our future too. It is difficult to believe that we have not been to Costco in about a month. Usually that is an almost weekly visit for us.
