Cinnamon Swirl Caramel Cheesecake Bars

These are awesome!  My bars are not as pretty as Chef Amber Shea’s, but they taste great!  I am sure that if I make more of them, I will get the “swirl” part right.  I do not have a dehydrator, but my oven temp can be set to 105 F so I used my oven to make these.  Plus if you don’t have a dehydrator or an oven to use then you will have to wait overnight and then the chilling time before you can indulge in these delicious bars. 

The recipe is not too difficult.  The only difficulty is waiting to eat them.  I did not have coconut nectar, which the recipe calls for, so I used agave nectar.  If you are not vegan, you can use organic honey.  That is the only substitution that I made to the original recipe.  I have always loved So Delicious Greek Style Yogurt and that is used in this recipe.

    Your bars look beautiful to me, Kathy! :) You’re right – the waiting time is the only downside, hehe. So happy you enjoyed them!
