Apple Cinnamon Crockpot Oatmeal

1 cup of steel cut oats

4 cups of water

1 cup of soy, rice or almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 Tbs cinnamon

3 Tbs brown sugar or sweetner of choice

2 Tbs maple syrup

1 apple or fruit of choice, chopped

Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Turn crockpot on low and cook overnight. It should take approximately 7-8 hours.
