Blackberry Crumble

 1 ½ cups fresh blackberries

¼ cup agave nectar

¼ cup water

¼ cup oatmeal

¼ cup granola

2 tbs Earth Balance or other vegan margarine

2 tbs brown sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

In a small saucepan add blackberries, agave nectar and water.  Heat to a simmer, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.  Uncover and set aside.  In a small bowl mix oatmeal, granola, Earth Balance, brown sugar, and cinnamon.  Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

Divide the blackberry mixture among two ramekins.  Top with the mixture in the bowl.  Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.  Let cool, but serve warm.
