Vegan Salisbury Steaks

1 package Lightlife Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style

1 tsp Salt

¼ tsp Pepper

1 tbsp Ketchup

1 tsp Vegan Worcestershire

2 tsp Garlic, minced

2 tbsp Onion, finely chopped

½ tsp dried sage

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Once well mixed, form 4 medium sized oblong patties.  In a non-stick skillet which is lightly oiled, place the 4 patties.  Cook over medium heat until browned, which is about 4 minutes on each side.  Remove to serving platter and top with brown gravy.
